Log into Oracle Fusion link below to begin the process.

Use your network username and password to log in the system. If you cannot remember your username and password, please contact IT at 901-636-6100.

Select ME and Personal Details.

Instructions for Making Personal Changes in the System
- From the right side of the screen, look for the pencil icon.
- Anywhere you see the pencil icon, that section is editable.
- Select the pencil icon and make the necessary changes.

Scroll down to the Attachments section to upload the required supporting documents.
NOTE: Changes cannot be processed without the proper documentation.
Required Documentation by Change Type:
Marital Status Changes
- Marriage License
- Divorce Decree
Name Changes
- Dated court-ordered document (required)
- Marriage License

Divorce Decree with an ordered name change
Note: A Social Security Card and Driver’s License are only acceptable for correcting the spelling of your name.
Address Changes
- No documentation is required. Address compliance is managed by your division.
- These must be completed by IT.
- Please contact 901-636-6100 for assistance.
City Email Address Changes
- These must be completed by IT.
